Amilie’s finished her Music Wonderland lesson at Yamaha in March. On the last day of the music lesson, also the graduation day, the kids had a mini concert in the classroom. Every parent brought their own camera to take down their own children’s performance. We are no exception. Some even came with the grandparents. The classroom was crowded that day.
Izaac also got to sit at the electone with Amilie. First the kids sang the first song that they learnt in the class. Amilie, as usual, taught Izaac the songs that they sang and demonstrated to him the actions of the songs.

Then they sang another song which they had learnt in the class.
After some songs, the teacher got the kids to go up to the front to do some rhythm steps and actions songs. Izaac wanted to join the group at the front but we told him it’s only for jiejie. See how Amilie got to do the actions with her classmates.

Sound of the Drums
Amilie singing Do-Re-Mi-Fa Man actions
And some rhythm steps
Next, is to play on the electone on some of the notes that they had learnt during the class. Amilie wasn’t really good at that but still able to follow through the class with the music.
Not forgetting the certificate and photo taking with her teacher. The teacher also had the kids gathered together to take a group picture. Hubby had a hard time finding a good spot to take a proper picture as it was crowded with parents trying to take nice group photos of their own children.

The kids sang the final song which they always sang at the end of every lesson. It was something like “Bye Bye Sayonara”. Hear how loud and the children sang. Even Izaac joined along the singing.
Well, we didn’t signed up for the next course as we decided to let Amilie joined after I had given birth. Guess by that time, if the kids were interested in the music lesson, we might let them join again.
