Ichiban Boshi @ Great World City

May 11, 2008 · Filed Under Yummy!

We had cravings for Japanese food and decided to go to Great World City for our dinner. Had told hubby that I wanted to go there for dinner whenever we was at Great World City.

We were 4 in the queue when we reached there. While queuing for our turn, I took a picture of the signboard.

The restaurant was packed and the set dishes were sold out pretty fast. We were not able to get some of the set as there were sold out. It seems like they only have limited number of sets of dishes per day.

Here’s some of the dishes we had.

Sushi Mori Matsu

The sushi were very fresh. This set was actually for 3 to 4 persons and it was quite a big set for both of us. There’s Unagi (BBQ Eel), Cooked Ebi, Ika, Salmon, Amaebi, Tuna, Maguro, Hamachi, Kappa Maki, California Roll etc.

Hubby wanted to have some rice as he think that he won’t be full (which he was wrong).

I had wanted to order this set but it was sold out. So we order Ise Ebi Pirikara Nabe instead.

Lobster

The set consists of lobster, half shell scallop & assorted vegetables in spicy dashi stock with udon. We didn’t manage to finish the udon though as we were both very full. The lobster was fresh and nice. Well, hopefully I have to try the dishes and were not sold out.
