Izaac (paused awhile): Over already?
Mummy: Yes, you celebrated your birthday in June, remember?
Izaac: In June ah? Then now what? (meaning now what month)
Mummy: Now November
Izaac: But I want my birthday to be in November!!
Mummy: You already celebrated your birthday in June remember, 2 times some more... One with shushu... One on your birthday...
Izaac (seems to accept the fact that his birthday is not going to fall on November) : The meimei birthday over already?
Mummy: Over already. In August.
Izaac: Over also? I want to eat birthday cake.

Towards the end of the conversation then did I found out that Izaac was actually aiming for the birthday cake. Probably he just went to my friend's daughter's birthday party and he was hoping for one himself also.
