CookBook Asia

It's been awhile since we went to Great World for movie, forgotten what show we watched. (Sorry, it's another backdated post) It seems that KFC wasn't available there and there's some new shops. Went to try one of it, CookBook Asia.

As the name suggests, its actually selling food of Asia - Chinese, Malay, Indian, etc. The layout of the restaurant look very zen. With the furniture of dark wood color. Though it look nice, I didn't sit quite comfortably for a meal. Guess I am "a bit" short. 😛

Ordered their signature dish, Laksa. Price range is a bit expensive than the foodcourt price. However, the quality couldn't really fulfill PapaTang's huge tummy. keke Laksa is like the other laksa sold but not one of my favourite Laksa though. 😉

Hubby order Curry Chicken Rice. Not to hubby's liking though. Guess the portion is quite small. (We went TCC for our 2nd round 😉 )

We had a small bowl of Almond Longan, which was a bit of disappointing. Portion is really small.

Guess, we wouldn't be going there the 2nd time so soon. 🙂

  1. I went there too but was disappointed with the food too. Did you order mineral water? We noticed they gave us Raffles club bottled water!

  2. LZmommy, shocked that they gave Raffles club water! Nope, we didn't order mineral water. Forgotten what they gave already.
