Swensen’s Executive Lunch
Oct 25
Almost every time we went for Swensen’s executive lunch, it would be a
farewell lunch for colleagues. And that time, never would I have thought
that we would went there for mine too. Don’t be mistaken, I had not hand
in any letter, I didn’t have the courage to anyway. I was temporary
transferred to another project. And it’s a little farewell lunch with my
colleagues before I moved over.
Had not tried the dish before, so decided to try the Fish in a Jacket.
That’s roughly the name of the dish.
Though the portion wasn’t a lot, think it’s just nice for me. But I didn’t
like the taste of the fish as it doesn’t taste that fresh. Probably the
fish was not defrost completely before they fried it. That’s how I feel.
The Executive Lunch also includes soup, a drink and a dessert. Only
remember to take the picture of the soup as I totally forgotten about
taking picture of the dessert (1 scoop of ice-cream) after my main course.

The only dish I like in Swensen’s is the Crayfish Pasta. It is part of the Executive Lunch too. Can try out if you are going next time.

Idy, I had tried the Clayfish Pasta too. It’s really nice. Was thinking of trying other dishes when I went there too..
Haha Sasha & Clement, I too would start looking for food when I look at it.
Wen, me like Clement, don’t understand what you talking about.

Oh! The sambal fish meal, my colleagues had eaten before, it seems nice but was easily mistaken as the BBQ Stingray.
