Zoo Trip 2009

It’s almost a once a year thing for us to visit the Singapore Zoological Garden. This year, we decided to go earlier this January as a belated birthday celebration for Amilie.

As usual, we always had our meal at the KFC near the entrance of the Zoo before embarking our tour in the Zoo with the kids. The kids took some pictures in the restaurant while waiting for Papa Tang who’s queuing up for the food.

When we had finished our meal and about to enter the Zoo, Izaac saw some children taking pictures with the “Cow” and he also wanted to take pictures with it. He climbed onto the cow and posed for me to take a picture of him.

Next Amilie wanted to take the pictures too. Kids, always want to have a share of everything the other have.

Inside the Zoo, both the kids got to look up in the tree or down below the bridge to see different animals in the Zoo.

They also got to take pictures with the statues of different animals. Sometimes they were afraid of the statues that either Papa Tang or I got to join them in the photo shooting.

At the Kangaroos’, the kids even got to take pictures in the Ranger’s van that was on display. They sure enjoy “driving” in the vehicle.

The kids enjoyed looking at the different animals but I believed that the most enjoyable place for them is the Kidz World.

There, the kids pretended to be cooking, got all wet and also get to have some actions at the playground.

As they seldom got the chance being splashed by water, they didn’t dare to try for the splashes of the water at the playground after the first time. Both the kids aren’t adventurous when it comes to water. keke

The kids and Papa Tang were all drenched from the splashes.

The playground had a comfortable place for the kids to change out of the wet clothes. After they changed to the dry clothing, we proceeded to another playground which they prefer.
