Maxwell Market
We were at Chinatown few weeks back and decided to have our dinner at Maxwell Market. Haven’t been there quite some time. And hubby as usual, tried the curry from Curry Connection.
Here’s the set that he had.

According to him, it’s really very yummy! When he ordered the food, the curry was left with not much gravy. Luckily, he managed to order 1 bowl of curry chicken.
Hubby ordered a plate of Pasta from Timo Mini Italian Kitchen.

It’s not bad and the price was much more reasonable too. The pasta sauce was just alright and its yummy!
Think there’s really a lot of other food that we could try at Maxwell too.

Scratches
Today, Izaac’s nose got another scar on his face again.
It’s actually done by Amilie. Not sure what the fight about but I got the feeling it must have been that Izaac saw Amilie playing with something and was interested and wanted to join in the fun but was rejected by her.
However, Izaac continued to wanting to play with Amilie and Amilie got agitated and hit him and in the process, scratched his charming face.
Oh dear! We had tried to talk her on that’s the wrong thing to do but she still insists on doing the same thing. I am still thinking of how to stop her from doing and how not to see a new scratch on Izaac’s face every time I came home from work.
Hannah Montana
Ever since the American Emmy Award nominated children’s television series debuted on
The Disney channel, I have been eagerly watching every single episode. Though I am a mother of two, I find the series very entertaining and I loved to watch it together with my daughter.
If you have not seen the series before, here’s a bit of information and background on this Disney series. The series talked about a teenage girl named Miley Stewart who is a normal teenager by day and a famous pop singer at night. Except for her close friends and family, nobody knows her real identify.
The role is act by Miley Cyrus who is so good and looks so pretty and adorable in her role. She’s definitely one of my favorite characters in the series. The other good thing that I loved about this series is the theme song “The Best of Both Worlds” which his sung and perform by none other than Miley Cyrus.
Ever since watching this series, I have entertained thoughts of seeing the cast of Hannah Montana live in action. For me and my daughter, guess we have to settled for watching them at home for the time being. Anyway, I’m planning to get some Hannah Montana products online as Christmas present for my daughter since she also like Hanna Montana. Hope this will be a surprise for her.
Great World City Food Junction
We were at Great World City to watch the movie and decided to try the food court at the basement. We were surprised how much the food court had changed since the last time we went (think it’s 1 year plus since we’d went there for meal)
The food court was brightly lit and the varieties of food from the stalls all look very appealing. There’s even a small corner where the walls were painted with cute cartoons. It seems like a kids room.
Hubby bought from the Nasi Padang stall while I bought from the Western Cuisine - Rossa Express Delight.

The Nasi Padang looked very spicy and according to hubby, it’s not bad. However, the price ($7) was a bit high for a food-court kind of place.

My pasta was also quite expensive. It’s $6 and the portion wasn’t that much. 
The pasta was yummy though. And it looked really appetizing.
