Sakura @ Toa Payoh
Saw a banner outside the JTC near our offices and suggested that we went to
take a look. That’s the same food center where we had our Botak Jones meal.
There’s the addition of 2 interesting stall. 1 is the Pizza stall and
another which I had my lunch from, the Japanese stall (Sakura).
Had forgotten what I had actually. Only remember it’s a Salmon set for $6.
The Salmon is quite normal. Except that I think the egg is quite diluted
that the taste wasn’t that strong.
Only managed to get 2 of my colleagues’ meals:
1 is the tempura set, think it was quite a disappointment as none expected
it to be a vegetarian set (there’s no meat, not even prawn for this set)
The other set, not sure what the name was, although it taste like char
siew, I think that it taste very nice though.

Seems like this pl is not very worth going? there is a CHEAP and good pl for a quick jap meal. it’s at level one of Prince Cinema. cant remember the name. something like jap and korean don or something. a salmon terriyaki bento set is only less than $7! taste good too!
Thanks Angie, would try it if we are there, had passed by a Jap restaurant but not sure whether is it the one that you mention though
