No Signboard @ East Coast Park

Went to East Coast Park for dinner with some friends this evening. Haven’t been there for a long time & it seems to be not a bad place to have our dinner. :) Decided to make our choices at No Signboard for our meal. Probably that today happen to be a weekday, we managed to get a table near to the sea but it was not windy tonight. :-P

Here’s what we had:

Drunken Prawn - The Prawn is big! Feel thirsty after drinking the soup. Probably a bit saltish for me :-P

Claypot Sea Cucumber - Like this dish. :) The sea cucumber is ‘crunchy‘. keke Just nice for me. Yummy!

Cereal Prawn

Another dish of prawn. Cereal Prawn - Taste nice & yeah! the prawn is big and fresh too. Just like the drunken prawn. And they are very generous with the cereal. It almost looked like a mountain of cereal on top of the prawn. keke

Though the oyster sauce broccoli doesn’t look appealing.

Don’t get deceived by it outlook. :-P This dish is very simple and Yummy!

Hokkien Style Steamed Fish

Recommended by one of the friend, ordered a Hokkien Style Steamed Fish. Managed to take a few bites of the fish as I don’t really like to eat fish. (Hate the fishy smelll :-P ) Find the fish not bad (For a person who don’t really take fish). :)

Finally, the last 2 dishes of crab. There’s the white pepper crab & the chilli crab. :)

The crabs are very very big & fresh. It’s my first time trying white pepper crab. Probably that’s why I am not very used to the taste of the white pepper. Sauce for the chilli crab taste abit bland & the crab is just as big as the white pepper crab. Prefer the chilli crab to the white pepper. :)

Service is good though and I do enjoyed tonight’s dinner by the sea. heehee!

    Wah…makes me drool! I love all the dishes you posted here! But for now, i can’t take chilli crab…took once and vomited all out! I guess i’ll have a crab feast after i pop then… :)

    You were asking how I put my videos on the side bar rite? I upload my videos to youtube and create a video list. Then I paste the html code to the side bar ( I did some adjustment to the code). Hope the info is useful to you :)

    jean, I used the windows movie maker to edit the videos to 1o mins. deleted some of the clips (which are mostly of animals) hehe :) Hope it helps!
